After importing a custom module the suggestion box doesn’t show up anymore. This just happened to me after updating Rhino to Version 7 SR27 (7.27.23032.13001, 2023-02-01)
I found a topic which already deals a problem similar to that but the solution doesn’t apply to this case unfortunately:

Not sure if a solution was found.
