Script editor getting started

I am trying to get started with the new script editor but facing some issues, please see image:

1. Show some error related to rhino and grasshopper libraries

2. The time stamps in Rhino logs do not match my computer time

3. Help on the right shows python 2.7.12 vs 3.9.10 on the bottom right

How do I resolve these issues?
